Alluviam. is pleased to announce the free availability of its first-of-a-kind hand-held tool for the fight against terrorism: Rapsheet -- a terrorism suspect working aide whose small size and unobtrusiveness was tailored for investigative personnel to take in field with them. Rapsheet fits in your shirt pocket and runs on smart cell phones, Palm and Pocket PC based devices.
Rapsheet combines sophisticated database capabilities while maintaining an easy to use interface that was meant to be used by investigative personnel, not highly trained computer specialists. Until now, sophisticated capabilities like these have been limited to office and laptop computers - which can't easily be taken into situations where you're really going to need it. Rapsheet solves this problem, providing instant access to the most common characteristics of a given suspect, from basics such as their age, to their known aliases, specialties, and current indictments. For instance, if you need to know which terrorism suspects have used the alias Abu Fatima, have expertise with explosives, and speak French, Rapsheet can give you the answers - instantly.
Rapsheet is the perfect solution for sharing information in a very timely and cost-effective manner, with organizations or allies that don't have sophisticated back office computer systems or networks.
See below for more information.

Rapsheet provides sophsticated query capabilities, giving you answers to questions like "Show me anyone born in Kuwait but is a Pakistani citizen, and uses the alias Salem Ali. You can build sophisticated queries on any of the supported fields (see below). |

The above screenshot shows the details screen for a suspect. Note that by clicking on a suspect's mug shot, you can scroll through up to nine photos of an individual. |
